    MY FAV BEDTIME TEA

    For an insomniac like me this tea saved my life !! Melatonin never worked for me so once I tried vanilla dream I could easily feel myself getting sleepy and my anxiety calming down so that I can get a peaceful night' sleep , I love to add oat milk and a little brown sugar in mine for a sweet treat before bed :)
